Q.What are the hours of operation?
A. Our
service department hours are Monday through
    Friday 9:00AM to 5:30PM PST
.  Our parts store hours
    are Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM PST.
   

Q. Where are you located?
A. We are located at
861 Camden Ave #14, Campbell, Ca.
    We are on the old section of Camden between
    San Tomas Expressway and Winchester Blvd.

Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A.We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover Card.

Q. How long has Peninsula Automotive been in
    business?

A. Dave and Sharon Williams established the business in July
    1985 to service all models of Volkswagens. Realizing a
    demand for parts, complete lines of Volkswagens parts
    and accessories were brought in, in 1987.

Q. Do you have a catalog you can send me?
A. Our
online catalog is constantly under construction.
    If you cannot fine what you are looking for, please call or
    email us; One of our parts experts will be happy to offer
    you assistance.

Q. I would like to use a credit card to make a purchase
    through your online catalog, is this a secure site?

A. Yes our site is secure, all credit card numbers are
    encrypted in the software when the order is placed
    using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted
    after reaching our computer. They are not held
    in clear text on any web site.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. Our Return Policy as of 01/01/08 is as follows:

  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 60 DAYS.

  • NO RETURNS OF ELECTRICAL ITEMS OR
        SPECIAL ORDERS.

  • Open and inspect all items within 24 hours of receipt
        of merchandise. Be sure all your parts are enclosed and
        undamaged.

  • If any items are missing contact Peninsula Automotive
        Immediately.

  • If any parts are damaged file a claim with Peninsula
        Automotive immediately. Be sure to keep the original
        carton and contents for inspection by the carrier.

  • Should you receive the wrong parts contact Peninsula
        Automotive for a Return Authorization (RA) form. Upon
        receipt complete the form, attaching a copy of your invoice
        with a brief description of the problem. The RA number
        must be on the outside of all packages returned to
        avoid refusal.

  • Return the parts freight prepaid. CODS WILL NOT
        BE ACCEPTED!

    Q. Do you install the parts you sell?
    A. Yes, our service facility provides a complete selection
        of services. Please call to speak to a service advisor
        for an appointment.

    Q. Do I need to make an appointment for service?
    A. Ensuring our customers receive timely service we prefer
        you make an appointment with a service advisor.

    Q. Do you work on Water-Cooled VW's?
    A. Our complete service facility specializes in Volkswagen,
        Porsche, and Audi. Our factory trained technicians repair all
        VW models employing the latest equipment to aid in
        providing quality service.

    Q. What is your service warrany?
    A. Six months or 6,000 miles (whichever occurs first).
