Our Return Policy

  • We will accept authorized returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • We do not accept returns of electrical items, specially ordered parts, or custom-made products because we cannot restock them.
  • If you have a part that you would like to return to us, you must complete a Return Authorization (RA) form. A Return Authorization form is provided for your convenience. Click Here to download the RA form. Attach the original invoice to the completed RA form and return it to us. We will provide you with an RA number upon receipt of your completed form. All returns must have an RA number on the outside of all returned packages to avoid refusal.
  • Authorized returns must be in the original, unopened packaging. Return the parts freight prepaid; we do not accept COD. Package all returns properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns resulting from improper packaging.
  • All non-defective parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee if not our error.
  • Upon inspection, we will issue a credit within 20 business days for the cost of the returned parts less the applicable restocking fee. We will issue credit for shipping expenses if it's determined we made an error or if the part is defective.
  • Should you receive damaged parts, contact us and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Be sure to keep the original carton and packing contents of any damaged items for inspection by the shipping carrier. You must also complete a Return Authorization (RA) form. Attach the original invoice to the completed RA form and return to us. We will provide you with an RA number upon receipt of your completed form. The RA number must be on the outside of all returned packages to avoid refusal.
  • Once the shipping carrier completes the inspection, return the parts freight prepaid. We do not accept COD. Package all returns properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns resulting from improper packaging. We will issue credit, within 20 business days, for the cost of the damaged items and the shipping expenses, upon receipt of the returned parts and with the approval of the claim by the shipping carrier.
  • We accept no responsibility for labor expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses or car rental expenses resulting from the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.
